I called AGAIN.

Supervisor Ananya told me a manager would call within one hour — or that she would call me.

One hour passed.

Nobody called.

I'm not asking United to perform another investigation.

YOU ALREADY FOUND MY BAG.

I want someone to take ownership, tell me where my suitcase physically is, put it on the next available flight to BNA, and actually follow through.

Today, after multiple calls, contradictory information, and multiple promised manager callbacks that never happened, I STILL don't know where my suitcase physically is.

I've been told Munich. Newark. Washington Dulles. Chicago. Then told it isn't in Chicago.

You already found my bag. Stop tracing it. Start recovering it.

I called AGAIN.

Another supervisor then told me:

"The bag isn't in Chicago."

I was told I could fill out another form for "extensive tracing."

For a suitcase United had already told me was FOUND.

I asked to escalate.

Supervisor Sandra (Employee V178132) told me a manager would call within one hour.

Nobody called.

@tdstelecom, internet outage again in Mt. Juliet, TN? The last outage lasted from 1:30pm 7/5 until about 8am 7/6. Four days later and we have another outage? There is no email communication and no eta for repair.
@Xfinity at least communicates so work can be planned accordingly

@tdstelecom @tdstelecom it would be nice to get some independence back with functioning internet. 8+ hrs of no service, no update, no eta. Only, "technicians are working on it" and "in progress".

Do I need to find an internet cafe for work? Def not happy switching to fiber optics. #fail
