This is Welch, WV located in McDowell County, WV.

This used to be the richest county in the United States thanks to the coal industry.

This is now one of the poorest counties in the US thanks to Obama’s war on coal.

They mined the coal that made the steel for NYC skyscrapers.

Then those same people told them to “learn to code” while attacking the people and industry who built their city.

What Obama did to southern WV and eastern KY should be considered criminal.

@NancyMace Property taxes. My parents are retired and their property taxes doubled since they did, and it will just continue indefinitely... A co-worker just retired and he moved to another state to avoid high property taxes. In 10 years, I'll probably do the same.

Look at this map and tell me Utah is winning.

We're sitting at $64,400 just to reach the lower end of middle class, higher than most of the heartland and only a hair behind failing blue strongholds like California and New York.

This isn't success; it's a warning.

Uncontrolled growth and immigration, exploding housing costs, and out-of-control government spending are squeezing Utah families out of the American Dream we built here.

While other states thrive with lower barriers, Utahns are working harder just to stay even. It's time for real change before our kids can't afford to stay in the greatest state in America.
