@Mimimimi671@Bennybiboy With Columbina on the team, you can literally just burst heal + click E for en and swap too. Using skill allows her for extra application and amplify damage. Again, as I said quite many times here, it’s a comfort pick; some casual and newer players will enjoy the extra sustain.
@Kev_2411@oscargonzz6 Nefer likes the hydro app, minimal on field time + extra heal + (Lauma) approves the off field damage boost (even if small). Baizhu can “steal” the hydro, reduces dendro res which is not really that relevant in the team and the burst uptime to reduce interruption is hardly needed
@MakiTakazumi@Bennybiboy It’s pretty simple to be honest. In Nefer teams, running the skill around is good because then she can apply hydro off field which is specifically useful after using burst. For Flins, you only want the buffs because extra hydro app is hardly needed, so burst + skill for energy
@MakiTakazumi@Bennybiboy I think it depends on player skill; for the more experienced hardcore players, her shield is just enough. for casuals and newer players, it can justify adding a healer even if losing team dps. again, it’s a comfy pick, not the spreadsheet pick.
@BrunoFe77961942@Bennybiboy If anything they’re overfishing with meta units currently with barely no sustains and the majority is a DPS/damage amplifier units. Through the whole lunar phase, Ineffa (in 5.8 even), Jahoda (6.1), Linnea (6.5) and Nicole (6.6) with Jahoda being the only 4-star sustain released.
@BrunoFe77961942@Bennybiboy Maybe we feel like we wanted something better for liking her as a character; but game developers need to add sustain characters in the balance so the game keeps itself accessible for newer players or more casual ones. I would find more saddening if she was a 4-star shit dps tbh
@rqfjqjwji@Bennybiboy For Flins, Ineffa’s shield usually is enough if you play well enough + Flins has many free damage windows. The same could not be said for Nefer - the team is pretty fragile wt Lauma C1. Also, I never said Jahoda is the only option, but C6 Jahoda is the closest to Sucrose’s there
@smrrcs@Bennybiboy but having good sustains means more comfort in the overall gameplay, specially with newer or casual players, which are naturally not the kind of people that would be discussing about genshin or follow TCs which make it seems like the hardcore sustainless ones are the majority
@smrrcs@Bennybiboy this makes sense specially with Stygian where bosses are meant to be mostly punching bags instead of actual enemies. anywhere else sustain can be more welcome. again, hardcore players tend to be driven by TCs and, obviously, *sustains* will have get lower results in TCs
