5 days ago I flew to Denmark to crash on a strangers couch.
Since my arrival @qwertyu_alex and I have been working non-stop - I've gotten perhaps 20h of sleep

But it was all worth it because today we launched @starpop and got our first client 🎉

My cofounder and I do a daily catchup call that lasts however long it needs where we centralize all the context that we want to update each other on

Whenever I need to give context to my cofounder I just write it in my notes for the Daily checkin and address it at our daily checkin call.
