Added new video options in #RePlayOS
- Native separated H/V and CSYNC, including both AND and XOR combiners.
- Global or per system/game Gamma adjustment.
- RGB intensity adjustment for compensating colors in CRTs with some dimmed color.

Proud to say that the latest improvements introduced in #RePlayOS BETA were able to provide 0/-1 frames of lag using stock configuration in all Pi models with only 1-2% of extra CPU power and less use of video ram.
