@SouthwestAir we can’t get rebooked and home for Christmas (2 separate flights delayed 8 hours so far, boarded but couldn’t find pilots both times) because phone agent said we are still onboard the plane. The lady is using pen and paper to “deboard” us.

I assure you we are not.

@SouthwestAir crazy travel day for us. First flight (1751) was delayed for 3+ hours. Boarded only to learn we didn’t have a pilot. Canceled flight for no pilot.

Next flight (1944) boards after being delayed and also doesn’t have a pilot.
