The Scottish government is responsible for this sexual assault. The Supreme Court has confirmed women’s right to single sex spaces, a ruling the SNP continues to flout. If the victim wishes to sue, https://t.co/iyohnrgVZN can assist with all costs.
In the latest episode of David Starkey Talks @LiamHalligan brilliantly dismantles the Covid Inquiry circus that has earned the lawyers staffing it hundreds of millions of pounds in order to reach a conclusion that was already the conventional wisdom of the establishment, and also happens to be completely wrong.
What a wasted opportunity actually to properly examine the devastating impact of lockdown on our society, which we're all paying for and for which we will continue to pay for the rest of our lives.
But we cannot expect the lanyard class to scrutinise itself, can we now?
wild times when people who won’t use shampoo that’s been tested on fucking rabbits will back dangerous and unnecessary medical experiments on children.
'Everyone can see lockdown destroyed Britain for a generation. We should have had more of it".
Only Official Britain could have come up with this balderdash and spent hundreds of millions of our pounds in the process.
The Sandie Peggie employment tribunal is currently exposing, as perhaps no court case to date has, the issue of class as it relates to the top-down imposition of gender identity ideology in the workplace.
'Diversity officer' Isla Bumba has now admitted in court that she didn't bother consulting the 1992 regulations guaranteeing single-sex spaces when she told a trans-identified male, Dr Beth Upton, to use the female changing room at the hospital where he was working. Bumba justified this decision with comments that I assume sounded really clever and convincing, inside her own head.
'I don’t know anything about Beth’s body. I didn’t at the time. I don’t now. I don’t need to know. But it wouldn’t be something that I would ever have the information of exactly what she is made of, biologically.'
Kate Searle, a consultant in emergency medicine, backed Bumba up, expressing outrage on the witness stand that anyone would be so insensitive as to ask about Upton's chromosomes.
‘I could only imagine how upsetting and invasive a question that would be for Beth, and also not relevant to a colleague to ask another colleague. Beth identifies as female, and it does not matter what her chromosomes are to her.’
In Bumba and Searle's world, a belief that gender identity trumps biological sex is proof you're intellectually and morally superior to women like Sandie Peggie, so I'd imagine it's come as a shock to discover, in a blaze of public and press scrutiny, just how idiotic and cruel they appear to people outside their dinner party circle.
When Upton, a 6' tall, 28-year-old ex-rugby playing male, claimed that a petite 50-year-old female nurse was making him feel 'unsafe', his word appears to have been taken as gospel. Searle, Bumba and management fell over themselves to coddle the middle-class doctor who shared their voguish post-modern views on gender. What did Sandie matter? She's just one of those ghastly uninformed bigots who still thinks sex is real and important - so embarrassingly gauche and simplistic! Whisper it - she probably drinks red wine with chicken, too.
According to @tribunaltweets, an emotional Searle blurted out on the stand 'I am kind.' This is not something genuinely kind people need to say. Genuinely kind people don't find themselves compelled to explain in court why they helped whip up a witch-hunt against a woman whose only crime was wanting to change her clothes without a man watching.
Well, the nurse who was supposed to shuffle off in disgrace wasn't having it. Sandie Peggie refused to be sacrificed on the altar of elitist ideologues who believe themselves to be higher and better than she is. She fought back, for herself and for every other woman who's currently being silenced, persecuted and punished by a smug management class that preens itself on its virtue while imposing rampantly misogynistic policies on its workforce.
Sandie Peggie is a heroine. The woman NHS Fife thought they could treat abominably without any consequences to themselves has succeeded in shining the brightest spotlight yet upon the brain rot and compassion deficit suffered by supposedly intelligent people when they embrace gender identity ideology. Women everywhere owe her a debt of thanks. Whatever the outcome of this tribunal, Sandie Peggie has already won.
Language is the essence of understanding our decisions. ‘Assisted dying’ is the service currently provided by palliative care, mostly provided by underfunded hospices, supported not by state but by charitable donations. Assisted suicide, state sanctioned killing is different.
Yes, we’ll #bekind and magnanimous. But the crazy, vicious, exhausting battle which cost women so much is over and - 🥂- we won.

Tomorrow - Sunday 9th March - is "Covid Reflection Day". The UK government is urging us - and I'm quoting from the official blurb - to "come together to remember those who lost their lives since the pandemic began and to honour the tireless work and acts of kindness shown during this unprecedented time”.
Now lockdown was indeed a time when many of us showed the best of British - looking out for our neighbours and helping others.
But lockdown was also an absolutely cataclysmic policy mistake, that did far more harm than good - harm in terms of mental health, child development, education more broadly, the massive expansion of NHS waiting lists and so-called “deaths of despair” linked to the vast economic damage of lockdown, a two year period when the UK government borrowed and spent almost £500 billion pounds. And for what?
Five years on from the start of lockdown, British officialdom - and much of the political and media class - remains determinedly blind to the lockdown catastrophe.
Far more than a "Day of Reflection", we need a tough, hard-headed appraisal of how our pandemic responses led to such tragic consequences.
I would urge everyone to read the searing essay in today's @Telegraph by my Planet Normal Co-presenter @AllisonPearson and Molly Kingsley @lensiseethrough - who set up the parent campaign group @UsforThemUK
This is a brave, thoroughly evidence-based and extremely important counter-punch to the ongoing and dangerous groupthink that insists the UK's lockdown - including the closure of schools and shift of the NHS to a covid-only service - was a good idea.
It most emphatically was not. What it was, in fact, was the UK's most significant policy blunder in decades, the practical, psychological and financial burden of which will bear heavily on this country for many years to come.
Oh - and our ongoing Covid-inquiry, which began in June 2023, estimated price tag £200m and counting, has become an out-of-control lawyers' bonanza, paid for by you.
Backwards-looking and ridiculously bureaucratic, the UK Covid Inquiry remains implacably determined to avoid addressing the question that really matters: were we right to lockdown the way we did and faced with another pandemic, should we do so again?
Please read and share Allison and Molly's excellent essay.

Five years ago today and my only regret is that I didn't speak out sooner. To every girl and woman who's paid a heavy price for fighting to retain their rights and boundaries, to every person striving to halt an appalling medical experiment on minors, I salute you. We will win.
Appalled to see that MPs have voted to support the assisted suicide bill.
I am never going to accept that this is a wise or fair decision.
It is a dangerous bill that will harm thousands of vulnerable, mentally ill & disabled people. This mistake will not be on my conscience.😔
British journalism failed BADLY during lockdown.
The lack of questioning/endless baying for "harder/longer" restrictions was utterly disgraceful - demonstrating a mindless pack mentality on the part of a political and media class which found lockdown rather convenient, while showing near total disregard for millions of families struggling to survive and who are still dealing with the damage of lockdown to this day.
I backed the vaccine programme, and publicly encouraged vaccine take-up - but consistently warned of the economic, health and psychological damage being caused by lockdown, as well as predicting - against all conventional wisdom, not least from the Bank of England - that lockdown would be followed by a serious inflation crisis. Which it was ....
I'm proud to be, along with my #PlanetNormal Co-Pilot @AllisonPearson, one of very few mainstream UK journalists who – from mid-2020, when it was clear what Covid was – had the brains and courage to push back against the lockdown madness. Because that's what it was ....
Allison and I didn't get plaudits or awards for our trouble - either at the time or since – not least as our "media colleagues" hate being proved wrong. On the contrary, the stance we took on lockdown meant we endured and continue to endure a lot of brickbats in our professional and personal lives.
And yet, every single day, to this day, we receive dozens of emails and messages from readers and listeners, thanking us for our journalism and for the stand that we took ...
This is your periodic reminder that the world as we knew it was wholly wrecked with lockdowns, and nothing has been the same since those days: we are poorer, more censored, more controlled, more coerced, less free, stupider, and now even artificial "joy" is a top-down task.
Watch this (whole thread), then explain why you’re OK with a man beating a woman in public for your entertainment. This isn’t sport. From the bullying cheat in red all the way up to the organisers who allowed this to happen, this is men revelling in their power over women.
Biological men allowed to compete in boxing matches against biological women. So men hitting women as a spectator sport. Nothing to see here. #Paris2024
Singer Morrissey calls out Bill Gates, Klaus Schwab and Dr Fauci.
During a performance in Las Vegas, the English singer sang about ‘criminals’ as he pointed to images of Klaus Schwab on the screen alongside images of Gates and Fauci.
