You don’t pay for a membership at restaurants so they can close whenever, But a gym membership is a contract that has hours of operation and a cost. If they close early they’ve violated that contract.

@nicksortor @Thefactsdude I haven’t read the bill but why limit it to illegal imigrants? There are millions of immigrants here legally on various visas, asylum claims, green cards, etc. Any of these convictions should result a one-way ticket back to where they came from.

Because you don’t like that there are very wealthy people you see them as the problem, yet the problem isn’t the wealthy job creators, it’s the reckless spending of the federal gov.

@NickProbes @DTDavisPhD @ThomasSowell Completely agree and similar situation. Paying taxes on net worth would require a ridiculous amount of IRS agents calculating net worth. Tax code would have to change and unless there were exceptions for below an income line everyone would be forensically audited.

@anyonewantchips Maddow is implying that because COBOL has a default code for “unknown” that SS’s application doesn’t require a date. At the point of application you have to prove your age and that date triggers when you’re eligible. I think she’s full of bull and purposely trying to mislead you.
