@ACozyRainyDay@MattWalshBlog I think it’s an accurate label, and I personally have observed that it is the ‘delete your account ‘ types that are pretty low IQ.
@ML3democrats MAGA types probably are unaware of the depth of Euro resentment over America’s course. But as a non-MAGA American, i would question how important the goodwill of Europeans actually matters.
Guess my own low effort one-liner got a substantive reply, which is refreshing. It's a defensible take - dismissing the South Africa comparison as a category error. That said, the concrete failures he lists (infrastructure degradation, crime, patronage) are real, but the "Democrats will do the same thing to the US" is hard to take seriously - different histories, people, scale, legal traditions. The 'South Africa is our future' claim lands well with a lot of people, I think - always important to have that 'wait a minute..' moment.
@tedcruz I never got the Ted Cruz hate. And the tenor of many of these replies suggest that he is basically a negative nut magnet. Woke Right and left both detest him, which is actually a pretty strong character reference.
@interstatejuche@EmpireEnjoyer3 Dems are enthusiastic, but there are only so many true believers and their over representation in polling is well established. The question will be if enough moderate or conservative voters are so alienated by the leftward plunge of the Dems that they will turn out.
@fishsports@dallascowboys Bland, Bell, Gary and Winters have not been getting the job done. On offense, Ferguson has been in a funk and the guys behind him can actually step in. Might see more of Von Miller, Barsham, and even Carson and Wheat.
It’s not sabotage. It’s just undisciplined and unaccountable players, with coaches who are not empowered to coach fully. Too much in the way of politics coming from the top. It’s a structural problem. Players are chasing stats and highlights but are playing bad football. The poor tackling and edge setting in this case lost us the game.
