@bilbao_udala vais a hacer algo con el servicio de Bilbaobizi? El estado de la bicis es PÉSIMO. De cada 20 veces una funciona. Así está el Arenal un lunes a las 10am. 20 bicis y no funciona NI UNA.

Hay varias soluciones. Empezando por añadir bicis que no sean eléctricas.

Total les acabar llevando estos trastos de 20kg. Porque cuando consigues que una de cada 20 se desbloquee, el siguiente problema es que el 90% de ellas no asiste el motor, aunque aparezcan las luces verdes de carga. Pagamos por un servicio inútil y nada fiable.

20+ years of flying, 12 of them with @KLM, I’ve seen a HUGE decline in quality and customer care. My last case C-8657191, which ended with a mistake from their side that cancelled my ticket) is worth being mentioned. My last 4-5 flights with them had disruptions.

@NS_online @Kaleidoking After more than 1.5hours waiting (9 people in the same situation), we had to call a taxi. Could only take 6 people. And not even sure if they made it in time as the taxi left Schlelder at 9.15pm (last boat at 9.30). So prepaid weekend for us in Texel lost. How to compensate this?
