This certification has given me the knowledge and tools to better assess and improve the mobility, movement, and physical capabilities of senior golfers, helping them build a golf swing that works with their body not against it.
I’m pleased to announce that I’m now Gray Institute Functional Soft Tissue Transformation (FSTT) Certified. This certification allows me to better assess movement, identify limitations, and help golfers move more efficiently for improved performance and injury resilience. Continuing to raise the standard of golf coaching in Trinidad & Tobago.
Foot and ankle specialization is complete; now I have a more in-depth understanding of what happens to the feet during the backswing and downswing in golf and in general mobility.
Female Chain Reaction Certified, seeing that I have a growing female clientele and I am introducing more women into the game of golf, I deemed it necessary to expand my knowledge on the biomechanics of the female body.
