Out of these 99 - what are the common themes/patterns? Do they fit into some kind of buckets?

@JamesMalsawm I remember a similar story in my advertising business.

For a couple of years, we were growing bit by bit...

And then bam, one day, ads start scaling, and businesses go 5-10x in one month.

Everything crashes operationally...

But a quantum leap happens.

@thriveminds1 I do push for 3-4 hours of focused work.

That's the limit for me before I need to take a break.

But after a gym session & meditation, can push for another 1-2 hours.

Around 17 years ago, I had a sauna session with Valdas when he told me, "I want to coach Man Utd" one day.

He was no one. Coaching some amateur club back in the UK.

Thought he was nuts...

But today he'll be playing for his favorite team.

Crazy crazy world.

I've been doing Vipassana 2x60mins per day for the last 3 years or so. Sometimes do 90 mins x2 per day.

So much clarity & energy :)

Especially after the retreats

Back then, I was working as a barista (while studying at Uni) & was earning $1k/month max.

Game-changer.

A few months later bought a one-way ticket to Colombia, determined to make it online.

Today, a coach from a town of 4,500 people in Lithuania walks out at Old Trafford.
