@Go_Jover I think somehow Gojo will briefly regain control over his own body, (after significantly damaging Sukuna). Reasoning because of how we’ve seen the soul and body of a host be dominant (Toni,Geto). So gojos body/soul has to be strong enough to overcome the technique
