The Russian GP was the first since Britain 2008 where the complete front row hadn't been winners. See section 535 of Formula 1 The Knowledge. Sweden 1975 was the previous time the top 3 hadn't yet won.
Complete driver changes for teams since 2000 has happened a lot: Force India 2013-14; Jag 02-03; Jordan 01-02,03-04,04-05; McLaren 06-07,18-19; T Rosso 11-12,14-15,18-19; Renault 07-08,09-10; Sauber 5 times; Toyota 02-03; Williams 3 times ;Caterham; Haas, Minardi; Manor.
The last time that happened was Toro Rosso at the 2017 Japanese GP (Gasly/Sainz) and US GP (Kvyat/Hartley). I believe that's the only occurrence since Lotus did it from the 1994 Portuguese GP (Adams/Herbert) to European GP (Bernard/Zanardi)

@GPfacts The guy in the middle was a favourite of mine for his first few hits such as Ride A White Swan, Get It on and Hot Love. Interesting to see Elton John on the keyboard.
