@Mitchell_Sider@ShamsCharania@Raptors You literally said he plays 50 games and they're top 3. You can't even acknowledge how many wins are needed for seeding. You haven't mentioned anything beyond subjective opinion on him as a closer. You've offered no insight. But go ahead and consider yourself some who can talk
@steveujnsjwn@ShamsCharania@Raptors A rookie drafted in 2030 is going to need at least two season before becoming an impactful player on a championship team. If you draft him 2030 that's the 2033 season before they're ready at which point Scottie will be 33. You've essentially said this is the last piece of help
@Mitchell_Sider@ShamsCharania@Raptors Because the Clippers have definitely been competitive that last 3 seasons. Your not going to be top 3 with him playing 50 games. Even if he won 100% of the games he played if he played 50 that's not top 3. 54 wins would have been third this year.
@steveujnsjwn@SajjKhan838506@D3nali85@ShamsCharania@Raptors You act like there's a lot of bigs available and like you can get a primary scorer without picks or cap space while not being a few agent destination as you said yourself. How are they fixing the problems you listed with what they have available?
@Jermaineshaqui1@ShamsCharania@Raptors Did you watch his Clippers tenure? He's not getting any healthier as he gets older...
Ingram's problem in playoffs was that he was the primary goal of the defense and the raptors had no other options
@steveujnsjwn@ShamsCharania@Raptors Contradictory. Not being a free agent destination means you need picks. You have no way to build depth. By 2030 Kawhi will be retired, poetl will retire. You've left yourself with still Prime Scottie, a bare roster, and no picks. 3 years for rookies to develop Scottie will be 33
@Jermaineshaqui1@ShamsCharania@Raptors Are you not aware how basketball works? The team was so injured between quick poetl and RJ that is they didn't key on Ingram they wouldn't have been in playoffs at all
@SajjKhan838506@D3nali85@ShamsCharania@Raptors Do you actually believe he plays more than 60 games and is available when needed? This roster was a couple intelligent moves from being competitive. Now there's no future and the now still has problems with the roster. There's no avenue to be competitive
@ahart755@ShamsCharania@Raptors The IRS got involved and a prison sentence was laid down. If the league doesn't suspend him they're screwed for any cap circumvention moving forwards
@Beave22@ShamsCharania@Raptors The first intelligent response. Ingram and Dick straight up would be tolerable. 1 first was too much, to give up even more is laughable
@steveujnsjwn@ShamsCharania@Raptors 2 First, 2 seconds, multiple swaps, no cap space and every pick they will have will be 10-20. They just gave array the future and left no ability to build
@Raptors I knew it would be bad when you were to cheap to pay Masai but I didn't expect you to destroy the franchise like this. Absolutely no respect for the fans or the product
@robpizzola Realistically the raptors have control of their own picks and a logjam at the wing.
Likely if you're talking Giannis the package is approximately:
1. One of Quickley/Barrett
2. Walter/Dick, maybe both
3. First round 2026 and probably 2028/29
4. Swap in 27
