@elonmusk This is fake news, quite literally. Congress approved $20 billion for FEMA’s Disaster Relief Fund through Dec. 20, and those funds are locked in for disaster relief only. The $640 million for the Shelter and Services Program, which helps with humanitarian aid, is separate.
