@OfficeShoes Hi - @OfficeShoes Quick question. When you confirm the customers address on the website during ordering and then in the order confirmation email. Whose responsibility is it when the order is sent to an incorrect address?

@Teresab1977 @OfficeShoes I entered an address on the website that they confirmed in the order process and then also in the confirmation email, but then they sent the order to an address associated to the payment method. They then blamed me and said to get in touch with the person living there!!

@fplegist @OfficeShoes I think there is a critical issue on the website. @OfficeShoes is unwilling to acknowledge this and telling customers it is their problem to solve!
