@supertolerant As a kid it was 3 TV channels, takeaways meant it was someone’s birthday, no phones or computers, hand me down clothes. All this was normal, holidays were either a tent as a younger child, then mum & dad upgraded to a caravan later on. Paper rounds and Saturday jobs for spending.
