DC plans to build a canopy over the escalators on the east side entrance to Metro’s Tenleytown-AU Metro Station on Wisconsin Ave. The canopy should be finished by this December.
This comes after Metro’s late 2023 completion of a 2 year project to replace most of the escalators at the Tenleytown-AU station.
