Hi @EufyOfficial can you help me? I ordered a eufyCam 2 Pro from @amazon but they sent me a 2C Pro instead and refusing to make it right. They are falsely advertising one product but delivering another.

@AmazonHelp Hi, I’ve been offered a return but that doesn’t solve the problem. The camera is being advertised as a higher tier camera but a lower model is being delivered. If I buy it again I will still get the lower tier camera. The problem is with the false advertising

@LeoVaradkar don’t waste time and money setting up testing at Irish Airports.. simple solution is to mandate a negative test result be supplied to the airline before boarding a flight to Ireland.. why can’t this be done like other countries have? @joeliveline
