Justice Secretary @AConstance23 gave a keynote speech at the 10th anniversary of the @ShineMentoring programme, which offers support to women who are leaving custody or remand, as well as those serving a Community Payback Order.
We had the opportunity to give evidence to @SP_Justice committee on #BailandRelease bill this morning. Our Director of Justice @MrsLTT addressed the issue of release, particularly throughcare provision and the importance of mentoring. 🧵
