Receiving a 2 piece shipment, 1 arrived Mon, and their app says the last 2 days customer not available; perfect weather, been home waiting. SMH, wish the seller had used @UPS
Terrible experience with @FedEx, package was marked as delivered, at time of supposed delivery I was on front porch, where delivery was indicated. Address is clearly labeled on mailbox and drive. I had to go up and down mountain knocking on rental houses to find our package

@VinoyRen First time I’ve ever been disappointed at your property. Booked a tower room June 28 and arrive today to find out it’s not available. We can get a tower room tomorrow but that means we unpack twice. No words
