@thomaslight Coloca tu dirección de mastodon en la Bio de Twitter, así he ido recolectando gente. Ya mi timeline allá esta bien parecida (mejor) a lo que hay por aca
@damienguard Each one of those is a role, the more experienced the developer, in general, the more roles she can successfully fulfill at a time. I don't like labeling the several possible combinations.
There's ONE THING I see time and again, holding back the agility of orgs & teams. I see this in places years into an #AgileTransformation...

#Agile#ScaledAgile#BusinessAgility
Agile has nothing to do with forced meeting schedules & agendas, fixed team roles, backlogs & backlog management, estimation (even sloppy estimation like points), burn-down charts, twice the work, half the time. Any process that does that & claims it makes you Agile is snake oil.
I have never seen an actually agile shop adopt SAFe (or any "Scaled Agile" framework) as they grew. They've scaled, lower case. (E.g. Spotify's up to ~1,000 devs), but what they do looks nothing at all like what the hucksters call "Scaled Agile." "Scaled Agile" is snake oil.
Habría sido bonito, pero Chile es de verdad y no solo un ideal romántico. La democracia está intacta. Toca seguir protegiendola y buscar alternativas para mejorar lo urgente.
There is NO SUCH THING as a "technical *user* story." A user story is a story that your user tells to you. It describes your user's work, not yours. "Story" is not a code word for "some random programmer task." Tech is an implementation detail for a story, not itself a story.
There is no "product team" in an Agile shop. There is just a dev team that makes product decisions as they work. A product silo is a waterfall phase. You can't sluff that work off onto somebody else.
That's not to say product experts don't get together occasionally & discuss.
RIP Kathleen Booth, who Invented the first assembly language.
She was 100 years old, and I have not seen anything in the news about it, unfortunately. With her husband, they formed the smallest computer group in the UK. Respect!
Oh no! #Miro just introduced an "estimation" feature that assigns Fibonacci numbers to stickies. @MiroHQ, please please please do not turn Miro into Jira! We don't need another tool that promotes dysfuntion.
