Thanks to @bbcmerseysport enjoyed the discussions on Everton/Liverpool with @paulsaltysalt and @benjaminkent83 to confirm I wasn’t totally Moyes out but said if TFG are ambitious to look for a more progressive manager like Conte/Pochettino
@pritipatel It’s been 10 years since the referendum. Should have another one as views can change. A bit like GE’s. The electorate do change their minds who they vote for.
@GiuliaBould@doolallyblue@BBCSport I hope he goes on to coaching at Everton then manage the team. Our previous players who managed were successful (Catterick, Kendall and Royle). Just saying…
@AndyJudge If we sign Quentin Merlin and he plays with Merlin Rohl our football will be magic and leave opposing teams spellbound … sorry and as they said on the Fast Show ‘I’ll get my coat then shall I’
@peter_bolster You sound a lot happier and more positive than you did Thursday. Enjoyed doing the show with you. I said keep the faith. Us extremely long suffering Blues know that. Not a bad weekend results-wise especially Spurs and City winning.
Thanks to @bbcmerseysport and @paulsaltysalt for inviting me on this evening’s sports show. As always enjoyed discussing both Everton and Liverpool with Paul and @peter_bolster and Peter’s always a fair minded red that makes discussions more enjoyable
@peter_bolster Ian Callaghan is not just one of Liverpool’s great players, he’s one of the all time great midfielders. I know this as me and other Evertonians of my generation recognise this. Ran a pub in Rainford when he retired and met him. A true humble gentleman.
