Comp update: Kirk Cousins will sign a five-year, $172 million deal with the Raiders that in reality is a one-year, fully-guaranteed $20 million deal that also contains a club option for two years at $80M.
The Falcons will pay Cousins $8.7 million this season, the Raiders another $1.3 million and Las Vegas also agreed to pay its new QB a fully-guaranteed $10 million roster bonus on the third day of the 2027 new league year.
And maybe most notably, it also sets another new mark: this will be the 11th straight NFL season in which Cousins’ contract will be fully guaranteed.
Gotta give my boys credit. The @WashWizards turned Beal and Kuzma into AD, Trae Young, and 5 pick swaps.
On the other hand, the @dallasmavs turned Luka into Christie, AJ Johnson, the 30th pick in the draft and 5 second rounders.

@HeyHeyItsConrad@EBischoff@83Weeks If WCW had its 97/98 profitability numbers at the time of the AOL/Time Warner numbers, would the new entity be forced to keep WCW? Hard to argue to shareholders to get rid of such a profitable company even if they had a distaste for the product

Eric- you’ve often spoke of your SARSA formula and goal of targeting the 18-49 male audience in WCW. At the same time, 94-95 Hogan was really the same character as he was in WWF, which I would think made executing your goals difficult, especially the “reality” part. Had Hulk ultimately not become the third man, do you think that his character would have survived the “nWo” era?
