@JustineBateman I'm in Ohio and a Republican. Vivek was very smart to start campaigning early, because our governor is a RINO. The unspoken truth in Ohio is that outside businesses determine who gets elected, and there is a real risk in a flip to democrat control thru a puppet like Amy Acton.
@Marriott, these loose, broken, sparking receptacles from yesteryear are worn out at so many of your properties. It's time to replace them, and add USB connections, too.
@_andrewthecoder Is this conjecture, assertion, or what? That's just ridiculous. I know companies who are age discriminating in favor of applicants over the age of 50 - Gen X over Millennials and GenZ - simply so they can get the experience and work ethic.
@eric_b_smith@AG_USA 💯
“You are the salt of the earth. But if salt loses its flavor, how can it be made salty again? It is no longer good for anything except to be thrown out and trampled on by people!"
@SenTomCotton I would support the US Senate revising the House's Sunshine Bill to standard time, send it back to the House, and have it ready for next spring. Either way, I'm good. Let's just get it done!
If I was the CEO of @progressive and saw my own commercials on TV, I would go to a mirror and look at myself in the face and wonder why in the world I am allowing the marketing department to portray the company with such banality.
The statement, "or do sinners get some credit for cooperating in their conversion, making boasting reasonable, and grace negotiable" is faulty. Sinners do not "negotiate", neither do they "get credit" for something God has both provided and enabled them to do. Rather, it (their faith; belief) is CREDITED TO THEM AS righteousness. It is this gospel that Paul himself "boasts" about.
Given the utter dysfunction of the US Senate, it would not surprise me a bit if they approved the Sunshine Act just 1 week before the November deadline, plunging operating system updates into chaos so they can somehow blame @realDonaldTrump for the frustration.
@ianbillmorris@desgnwitkinsley I must be the guy following you who gets paid to clean it up. Too bad you didn't charge more and do it right the first time.
