Day 4 of reminding you to never use @bookingcom. They just exist to charge you extra for a booking, skim money off the top, and then make it impossible for you to cancel/change your reservations. USE ANOTHER COMPANY!!
Day 3 of reminding you to NEVER use @bookingcom and just book through hotels/airlines directly. Save yourself money and avoid having to deal with a company that is built to refuse refunds or care for customers in any way!
Day 2 of reminding you that @bookingcom is just a middleman for travel bookings. They take money off the top, refuse refunds, and lie to customers. BOOK HOTELS AND TRAVEL DIRECTLY, don't give them your hard earned $$. Truly the WORST experience I've ever had with a company.

@bookingcom So, after a death in my family, @bookingcom has gone out of its way to lay out a sketchy web of businesses to push off responsibility for the money YOU are paying them. You can find similar experiences from their “valued” customers all over the internet
