@meemeedodhia @UKRunChat @Garmin My cheap (now un-supported) TomTom watch works really well. Guess your watch can be as expensive and fancy as you like, but if your satellite connection service (GPS) is rubbish, you’re just wasting your money.

Running.

It’s like constantly updating your apps/operating system, ensuring your body performs at its best. Not doing exercise leaves you with a body, that still works, but badly, slower, more likely to suffer from virus/hacks and probably will stop working sooner.

Just ‘click & collected’ some sawdust for our guinea pigs, bit of a queue, made sure I keep 2 meters. Get to front, staff member manning the door says “are you together”... I’m like wtf, random woman stood right next to me, replies “no I’m a regular” and walks in! #COVIDIOTS 🤷‍♂️
