Most of our biggest worries, fears and problems are because we assume a lot of things. We don’t talk about issues but assume. We assume someone hates us, we assume things are not working because we are not good enough. Etc etc.
in life, I have realized one thing, attack the assumption head on. Go and talk to the person or analyze the issue. You will be shocked to find out the truth.
Stoics say, “we suffer more in imagination than in reality”. I have found this to be true.
Cavendish University had the privilege of hosting Fr. Thomas TV CMI, Director of the Business School at Christ University, for strategic engagements focused on faculty & student mobility, collaborative research, formal MoUs, and cross-disciplinary partnerships across Business, IT, Engineering, Law, Sciences, and Social Sciences.
The visit marks a meaningful step in strengthening CUU’s internationalisation agenda and expanding its global academic footprint through purposeful, high-impact partnerships.

At Cavendish University, employability is intentional.
We have officially commissioned our 2026 Peer Career Coaches, a trained team of 2nd & 3rd year student leaders drawn from across all faculties. After four weeks of intensive preparation, they now serve as Career Services ambassadors, extending structured, peer-led career support within their faculties.
Through this scalable model, we are strengthening career readiness and ensuring our graduates leave not only qualified, but workforce-ready.

The future belongs to the few willing to get their hands dirty.
A man without money is a man without a voice, you may be the wisest soul in the room, but with empty pockets, your counsel is treated as noise.
For a tree to grow, it must technically "die" ie crack open, lose its original shape, and be buried in the dark. Similarly, Our ego is a heavy shield, prevents us from moving quickly, it whispers that we must be right, we must be first, and we must never look vulnerable.
