@kelvmackenzie Only 20-30% of Council income is Council Tax.
The rest is from Fees & Charges, Business Rates and some Government Grants, so you are looking at 5-7% of overall budgets.
Some Tory and Liberal Councils are also in recovery plans because they under-paid in the past.
