Never thought the day would come and still hoping it won't as XTwitter still works better for me than the alternatives. However, as insurance I'd advise you to follow me on the others and I'll follow you back. All the links on my personal website. https://t.co/hJAVnMMVHp
Microsoft Loop has quickly become one of the most useful collaboration tools inside Microsoft 365, especially for teams working across projects, meetings, and shared workflows.
In this video, I’m sharing 5 Loop components that can make teamwork much easier:
📌 Task Lists
📌 Voting Tables
📌 Canvas Boards
📌 Q&A Sections
📌 Table of Contents
These features help teams stay organized, collaborate in real time, and keep information moving without endless email threads or scattered notes.

@lmharpin I'd reframe the question as to why she doesn't have a higher profile. I have no strong views on her apart from loving one outstanding HofC speech. I never applaud or shout at her interviews as they are always just good. Other contenders I do like or dislike.
The UK's productivity is f****d because of s**t Internet access. Trying to get up to speed on Microsoft's AI announcements at Build, but virtually no connectivity on train between Leeds and Edinburgh. Doesn't matter how good AI is if we can't use it or anyhing that needs cloud.
💯 this. Lots of people in the PR/comms AI space have been getting very excited about OpenClaw. Not me. I knew I could have fun playing with it as potentially it had huge potential. But the reality is @PurposeRel couldn't risk it with any of our clients. Now we can do it safely.
Microsoft Build just showed OpenClaw coming together with Windows.
Local agents are getting real OS-level treatment now.
Not random scripts.
Not wild-west desktop automation.
Windows is putting rails around the agent era.
Meet Microsoft Scout.
An always-on agent that keeps work moving, taking action without needing to be prompted each time.
As Microsoft’s first Autopilot agent, Microsoft Scout works across Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, and more—taking action within the controls your organization sets.

This is why you should never, ever buy gift cards. There is absolutely zero benefit to you or the recipient. Retailers set the T&Cs in a way that benefits only them. What John Lewis fails to say is why it has unfair T&Cs. Also worth knowing some retailers will waive them.
@tonkajon I'm sorry for any disappointment Jon. Once a gift card expires and is beyond the 24-month validity period - it's not possible to reinstate it. This information is printed on the reverse of the card (or email) and also on our website. ^Trish https://t.co/eLOmWOPIlT
Today, I signed an Executive Order temporarily repealing bedtimes in the City of New York so that kids of all ages can watch our team in the NBA Finals.
As Mayor, you’re forced to make many difficult decisions. This was not one of them.
Go Knicks.
As President, I would read 10 letters a day sent to me by ordinary Americans. At the Obama Presidential Center, we’ll have some of the letters I read — and responded to — every night. I still get emotional reading them, and it’s one of my favorite exhibits.
@theobertram I polled union members for the best part of a decade. Union members nearly always resemble the voting pattern of working age working adults (if you see what I mean). This is just that pattern afaics.

Locals are wrong to say the illegal parkers got exactly what they deserved. They got off lightly. The manure on their cars will wash off, the manure in their characters is indelible.
Furious farmer sprays dozens of luxury cars with thick cow slurry after drivers ignored signs and illegally parked in his field during the scorching Bank Holiday heatwave.
The chaos unfolded near Rydal Water in the Lake District, Cumbria, where at least 20 vehicles, including Mercedes, Jaguars and BMWs, were left covered in manure.
Clear signs reading “Polite Notice, DO NOT PARK IN THE FIELD” and “SHEEP IN FIELD” were completely ignored, with drivers even moving rocks that had been placed to block access.
The farmer drove his slurry tanker up and down the field, calmly hosing down every car in the baking heat.
Cumbria Police have confirmed they were called and are investigating, but many locals are saying the drivers got exactly what they deserved.
Classic case of “park like an idiot, pay the price.”
Do you think he did the right thing?
Over the next month, we are rolling out new updates to Copilot Notebooks that help you bring work context from Teams meetings, emails and webpages into your notebook so you can make sense of complex projects and topics information. You’ll also be able to create new grounded outputs like Excel spreadsheets and Infographics straight out of your notebook.

Publishers have all sorts of (in)valid arguments against micropayments. The reality is that's what used to happened pre-internet. People went to a newsagent and paid for a title with interesting stories or articles without being forced to subscribe. That's all I want.
Making my way through 100 articles I've shortlisted to read to write my newsletter.
More than half require a subscription I don't have.
I'm never going to subscribe to 50 publications.
Please, make micropayments work. It's about time.
Else I'll get AI to read it for me
Absolutely. Although Keir should put the onus to solve this on the FA and Premier League. TNT legitimately bought the rights. They should never have been sold without free to air conditions. Premier League should provide partial refund as it is the one ripping off fans.
Football should bring people together, not shut them out.
For the first time since the competition began, fans won’t be able to watch the Champions League final for free. That’s not right.
This is bigger than wanting to watch Arsenal in this historic final. It’s bigger than one club.
Hardworking people shouldn’t have to fork out for a subscription to watch this match.
I urge TNT Sports to reconsider and make the final next Saturday free to watch.
Hopefully this is a precursor to being able to buy self-driving cars. It is irrelevant to me personally if a taxi has a driver or a robot. If travelling I like chatting to a driver with local knowledge. Not needing to drive my own car would be a brilliant game changer.
