@clo_athena @HM_Passport Only email we did get they had the audacity to say you shouldn’t of booked your holiday. Er it’s been booked for 3 years but had to cancel due to COVID and as soon as we got a new date, the passports were put in for renewal.

@clo_athena @HM_Passport We fly on the 31st March, and my wife and daughter are heartbroken. As with most people I will do anything for my family and am finding this one hard to accept. Especially when nobody seems to want to help.

@clo_athena @HM_Passport My wife and I are having exactly the same issue with our daughters passport renewal. It was sent on the 27th January and we still have got nothing back. My wife has phoned about 20 times, and gets promised someone will phone back, still nothing.
