If I’ve been ringing since 8th feb what the hell else am I meant to do lol I’ve sent everything and confirmed they have it @HM_Passport

@HM_Passport first child passport application sent online 27th Jan, identity confirmed 29th Jan, supporting docs logged as received 8th Feb and nothing since! Logged a 72 hour callback with the processing team on 8th March and still waiting, get told nothing more can be done 🙃

Due to go away in 7 weeks and no one will tell us why there is a delay ! I don’t even trust them sending our originals back so we can go down the fast track
