I haven’t received my supporting documents that I submitted for the British passport application (17 days) is there any way to urgently get the documents back?

@HM_Passport I have contacted them since last Friday and still no answer. Today I have been waiting for 4 hours to get in touch with the customer management team and ended back to the dispatch team. Can’t anyone answer the simple question?
