6/ Policy takeaway: updating content likely is not enough. To align VET with the digital and green transitions, pair modules with sustained teacher coaching, student mentoring, and longer evaluation windows. Scale may require intensity, duration, and routine integration.

Neither advantageous nor disadvantageous pay inequality
shows strong effects on productivity. Unexpectedly, bonus assignment based on economic neediness leads to most negative effect on effort among disadvantaged workers.
