@TLRailUK My gf is stuck at Ashwell & Morden station , she is sitting on the train - there are no facilities , it’s cold and it doesn’t look like any plan is in place. Can someone confirm to the passengers what the current situation is and how people are going to get home please? thanks
@thetrainline@thetrainline thanks Keith - still not entirely 100% why this journey isn’t eligible. if it’s because it’s an Advance Single ticket then it seems that the criteria for a journey to be discounted under the network railcard is so narrow that it’s not really worth having ☹️
@thetrainline hello I want to buy a Network Railcard you are advertising for travel inside London & South East. You mention the journey from London to Cambridge for 10am but when I apply the network railcard to this journey it never applies the discount - why is this?

@greateranglia Thanks , I will pop into the Ipswich Station Office this week to check on progress because there was so much information in the wallet that locating the owner should be very easy. If not the banks can be contacted immediately and all cards stopped - thanks.
@greateranglia i found a wallet this evening (bank cards & id documents) at Ipswich station- i handed it into the station office. There was no acknowledgement that action would be taken to locate its owner. With hindsight i feel i could have done this myself , can you advise?
@greateranglia Thanks - i have a photo of the wallet and a card , but just for my personal reassurance will you actively attempt to trace the person asap? The response of the gentleman at the station gave me little confidence that immediate action will be taken
@AvantiWestCoast hello i had to pay for a taxi part of the way home last night because of a very delayed train from liverpool - i was promised reimbursement by an avanti member of staff at Euston - can you advise on how i go about claiming please? thank you in advance
@AvantiWestCoast Hi Lucy when i got to Euston i was told by Avanti staff to get to Ipswich and the train staff at that station would organise a taxi to get me to my destination (Thurston). Unfortunately the staff are not authorised to do this so i am stranded at Ipswich - awful advice

@AvantiWestCoast i was on 10:43 Liverpool-London train this morning (35mins late) I purchased my ticket using voucher code provided by Avanti - I tried delay repay claim but website wouldn’t allow me as ticket price has automatically displayed as £0.00 Can someone help please?
