@pete_eccles You may be right Pete but Grezza may appreciate his experience.

Will certainly be interesting to see how Grezza sees things and what evolves over the coming weeks.

[David X PNE @davidpne]

Early thoughts on what PNE might look like under Grezza. Played 3-4-2-1 at Bradford so I've gone with that to start.

Offiah in. A few options out wide but I've chosen Wiley & Clarke. Usual CM in McCann's absence.

Devine & Mills in fluid attacking roles supporting Kenny.

[David X PNE @davidpne]

@pete_eccles If anyone can decide the best option for RWB it's Grezza.

I think Clarke can certainly play that role as he's strong and quick and loves to bomb on. Mills would require more coaching to adapt to the role.

Offiah is definitely better suited to the defence.

Potts an option too?

[David X PNE @davidpne]

@jonnye2689 Never easy when choosing a new manager.

Sometimes you think you've got the perfect fit and things just don't work out.

If I was the Bradford owner I'd be looking at someone like Neil Harris if you could tempt him away from Cambridge.

Followed btw! 👍

[David X PNE @davidpne]

@jonnye2689 Thanks mate.

The fans will be 100% behind him and we have a history of giving managers plenty of time so can't see any change there with Grezza. Especially as he's so loved and highly respected here.

Good luck for the season 👍

[David X PNE @davidpne]

@jonnye2689 We didn't play that way under Hecky so it's hard to say! 🤣

Think it's going to be a case of players growing into the roles.

[David X PNE @davidpne]

@JamesPNEFC1 Wiley (if fit!) would be my first choice as I think he's a quality player but I'd be happy with Vuk there as he certainly offers an attacking threat with his crossing ability.

I also think that Small could end up there if he can find his confidence again under Grezza.

[David X PNE @davidpne]

@Ash_GW Agree completely.

Small is just lacking confidence. There's a player in there that just needs fine tuning to do the right things on a regular basis.

I think Moran will get far more chances under Grezza and, like you say, would be perfect for playing in one of those AM roles.

[David X PNE @davidpne]

@Ash_GW Yes, I think Mills is more than capable of adapting to that role.

He's got the physical size and strength to be able to defend when necessary so he's capable of playing a few different roles in the team.

Hoping Grezza can improve several of our players... Small, Moran etc.

From the clips I watched earlier this year the kid has a lot of potential.

Hopefully he's fully recovered from his injury and he can show us what he can do.

@pnefc @chorleyfc Comes across well and speaks very maturely for such a young guy.

I hope he can have a great future in the game.

@DanMurff All the best to you Dan. Looking forward to reading your coverage.

Think you've landed the role at a great time! 🤞😊

[David X PNE @davidpne]

@Karlos_Albertos Grezza was always handy with set pieces so may take that role himself!
