@ijaen@British_Airways The app has been unreliable for years. I was BA Gold for a while, but then started flying other airlines due to constant problems with the App or booking systems.
@BarclaysUK your customer service is a disgrace. You shouldn’t be allowed to serve UK businesses. Current wait to time at Streatham branch is over 1hr. My only day in UK for next 5 weeks. Here simply to verify my ID. I am on a film shoot lunch break and don’t have time for this
@British_Airways I’ve left the airport now. My bag is still in London, it never even made the plane. Why?
They said they would get it to me on Monday AM which won’t work. It will be collected tomorrow AM by one of my team.

I have work tomorrow morning at 7:30am in Slovenia, where I now have onwards travel. What kind of service is this?
@British_Airways Tried through app. It led me to an external page that required my login details again. Page glitched a couple of times and then locked my account. No way back in. No phone number to call. No direct service assistance.
@British_Airways Months of glitches &!problems with your mostly unusable mobile app. As a Gold member, I’m strongly considering placing my loyalty elsewhere…
