🚨 Excl Liverpool have reached an agreement with Ibrahim Mbaye. The two parties have agreed on the financial terms of a five-year contract. Mbaye has made his choice and does not wish to pursue interest from Bayer Leverkusen.
As exclusively revealed by @RMCsport Liverpool want to sign both Mbaye and Bradley Barcola.
Richard Tice’s constituency, Boston & Skegness, has over 10,000 people claiming PIP. That costs £79 million a year, while 21.6% of the working-age population is not in work.
Nigel Farage’s constituency, Clacton, has 10,442 people claiming PIP. That costs £77 million a year, while over 24% of the working-age population is not in work.
Sarah Pochin’s constituency, Runcorn & Helsby, has over 9,000 people claiming PIP. That costs £69 million a year, while over 19% of the working-age population is not in work.
Lee Anderson’s constituency, Ashfield, has around 9,058 people claiming PIP. That costs £69 million a year, while almost 20% of the working-age population is not in work.
Robert Jenrick’s constituency, Newark, has 6,011 people claiming PIP. That costs £46 million a year, while over 12% of the working-age population is not in work.
Abolishing PIP and treating people who haven't worked for a year like criminals by making them do 20 hours of community service will hit Reform voting constituencies the hardest.
In the final months of his life, Jason Arday was subject to a relentless onslaught of attacks and abuse.
Jason was a human being with friends and family - but he was turned into a pawn for vicious culture wars by a cruel media industry motivated by racism and clicks.
The lessons are never learned. When will the British media face accountability for its behaviour?
Jason was much loved by those around him. May he rest in peace.
The term “witch hunt” is overused in politics. Perhaps not this time. Quite a bit of the British media should ask themselves some serious questions as to whether the tenor and volume of the coverage they gave to this man was remotely proportionate. Likewise there are questions for Cambridge- and whether they discharged their duty of care.
You really think it’s as clear cut as that? Sure Cambridge have questions to answer. But this became obsessive and ugly bloodsport for certain sections of the press, that was about way more than plagiarism.
I'm sorry but there are a lot of people with blood on their hands here. It's been weeks of abuse and absurd media coverage.
They just couldn't stop, determined to beat the man into the ground.
Jason Arday wasn't a culture war pawn, he was a fucking human being.
The news about Jason Arday so tragic and unavoidable
He’d already lost everything, publicly ridiculed and professionally ruined and yet they still piled on to the point he’s no longer with us all for blagging a couple of jobs?
The disportionate hounding of him was shameful
