There were cakes, bars, cookies. We got T shirts . It’s not a marathon you’ve run. It’s ten miles, not medal worthy.

@scottcarlinpt Grade 1 spondylolisthesis in L5/S1 which kept me out for 4 months in 2019/2020. Thought I wouldn’t run again.Couldn’t walk more than 100metres for 3 weeks.Happened during marathon training ,all due to having never done strength work. Do religiously now and have never been quicker

Advertised as a pb course when 500 metres of the course are run on muddy grass never mind the promenade not being closed to the public making it dangerous for everyone
