@heysenic I want to order Gira switches for my home - I need to order today so they're delivered in time. So I can work out how many I need, please can you confirm how many single rocker switches you send if I order a three pack of double switches? Thank you!
Yes we do! @startupsoflndn - thank you for the shout out. Wishing everyone a merry Christmas / holiday season and a happy, peaceful and most of all, healthy, 2021.

@FitnSuperstore Hoping you can help: you installed a new elliptical earlier this month. It doesn' work, I've called, then emailed (at your request), then filled in your support request form (as then requested), and still heard nothing. Please can you get in touch soon to help?
@LordCFalconer I may have missed it but I don't think enough has been made about this probably breaching GDPR giving individual students the potential for material redress. Where is the ICO in this? Happy to discuss/help. @ICOnews@Keir_Starmer@AngelaRayner@KateGreenSU
@ruskin147@PJTheEconomist Manifestly unfair and highly likely to be in breach of GDPR. This is a wrong that needs to be made right. Hoping 4pm Govt announcement will confirm this is now going to be done. But we should never have got here in the first place.
@PennyMordaunt OfQual's algorithmic allocation of marks is not only deeply unfair, it likely involves several breaches of the GDPR. Changing approach now won't air-brush away those breaches, but at least the damage done could be massively reduced if the Government fixes this today.
I've seen this in my nightmares and now it's a reality. This is exactly what the tech ethics community have been working to avoid. I'm heartbroken for these students and for a generation that has now been taught to hate algorithms.
@azeem@GavinWilliamson@ofqual @rachelcoldicutt @RTaylorOpenData@tabithagold@ruchowdh First track and trace. Now exams fiasco. Algorithmic allocation of exam results harms everyone, particularly the disadvantaged, and most likely involves several breaches of the GDPR. Is the Government ignoring data protection laws again?
@OliBarrett Great post Oli. As you and I have already observed, OfQual's approach is highly likely to be in breach of the GDPR; let me know if I can help. This is a wrong that needs to be righted #examshambles#examfiasco#ALevelProtests

@DonnaLFerguson@michaelsavage@ObserverUK I'm a privacy lawyer. There's a GDPR angle here (Article 22 - right to object to automated decision making). Position in the current context not 100% clear-cut, but I'd say likely pretty strong. Happy to discuss further. Want to help. #examshambles#ExamResults@guardiannews
Well... as deputy prime minister I blocked the mad Tory ideas for a referendum. As prime minister I guess I could just stop their mad ideas for Brexit all together...
Politicians come and go but the problems they have created for people remain. I can only regret that the idea of #Brexit has not left with Davis and Johnson. But...who knows?
