If anyone is daft enough to attempt this, some advice:

1️⃣Don’t do it
2️⃣However much water you think you’ll need, double it. I drank around 6L
3️⃣Pick a flat route where you can regularly refuel. We did laps of the waterworks so could stop every hour
4️⃣Plasters & Compeed essential
