In the last few years we've seen:
- The plot to kidnap Gretchen Whitmer
- The Storming of the Capitol and pipe bombs left at the RNC and DNC
- The break-in to kidnap Nancy Pelosi and the brutal on Paul Pelosi
- Multiple assassination attempts against Trump
- The assassination of Minnesota House Speaker Melissa Hortman and her husband and the shooting of on State Senator John Hoffman and his wife
- Luigi Mangione's assassination of Brian Thompson
- The assassination of Charlie Kirk
Political violence is contagious. It is spreading. It is not confined to one side or belief system. It should terrify us all.
The foundation of a free society is the ability to participate in it without fear of violence. Political violence is always an attack against us all. You have to be so blind not to see that.
Go back and forth between the left media and the right. Track who is saying what.
Narratives will begin to form.
They won’t be the same.
The fractal begins.
This is a very precarious moment.

Those who know me know that I always strive to see both sides of a story and approach situations with a nuanced, balanced perspective. However, as many have already pointed out, this doesn't apply to the horrifying carnage we are seeing in Israel. What we are witnessing is the epitome of inhumanity: senseless killings and the parading of the bodies of innocent people. This isn't a fight for freedom or justice; it's the celebration of evil and the relishing of death— it's eerie, and there's no "balanced" way to look at it.
@KeithOlbermann@billmaher Bringing in “scabs” would mean bringing in non-union writers. Explain how turning on a camera and filming an unscripted conversation is somehow a betrayal. Below-the-line technicians are struggling to pay their bills. If they are doing it without writers, go for it.
Journalist @LisaSelinDavis documents how American psychologists—once trained to listen without judgment—are using sessions to proselytize their politics. https://t.co/yQ8Smoh3lo
I have a pride flag in my profile bio because I want to support friends and family who are gay, but that’s my choice. It seems bad to pressure people to wear a flag. Maybe they don’t like the idea of wearing politics on their literal sleeve. Statements should never be forced.
