@premierinn It's madness that you expect your customers to go searching for your staff in the middle of the night. If they are not on the front desk (which they weren't) that's not our fault. Absolutely crazy. There were queues of people looking for your staff to complain

How many calls do people normally have to make to @BarclaysUK to actually get a problem solved? They appear to only be able to send messages to each other, not actually pick up the phone. I suspect it's because they're all WFT. I WANT MY MONEY BACK
@Barclaycard I can only assume that @Barclays don't want to complete the transfer. Some people might assume that they may have cashflow problems and have been told to withold transfers
@Barclaycard Nothing happens when I contact you by DM. Nothing happens when I call the Smart Investor Team, nothing happens when the matter is (supposedly) escalated. I'm even told that speaking to a Manager won't help as they can't escalate the matter either
