@tokunbo_wahab We need the local government to work , their job isn’t to collect tv and raildio license unnnecesaey permits and fees, they are in better chances of working in the grass root .
… I know you are doing the best you can but it’s a collective work to be done and constant procedure.

@tokunbo_wahab why are we still using nylons in lagos ? Is there a cabal producing nylon ? You buy 3 item from a shop and they give you 5 pieces of nylon that would be disposed into the nearest drainage.

@tokunbo_wahab The ministry should budget for extensive construction work during the dry season and work during the rainy season would just be maintenance , it is useless and waste of tax payers money having to do extensive concrete work during the rains.

@tokunbo_wahab Lekki axis drainage blockages are from sand trucks and others , stricter laws for the transportation of sand along the axis and constant clearing of the rods and drainages. The sand scraped can be reused, so that’s a plus.

- Clearing drainage is one thing and the other is disposing properly what is cleared from the drains

Here is a Canal in Lekki overgrown with weeds that disrupts the free flow of water. As i always say, It is far easier to clear canals than it is to demolish buildings.
