We loved seeing so many of our Odyssey students and families at our schoolwide Wave Parade tonight! Explorers, we are SO proud of you! This has been a challenging year and you have shown determination to do your best and be kind throughout! Have a wonderful summer! @ogdensd

Because our Kindergarten and 6th grade students were on field trips today, the rest of our students got to eat outside like a picnic! It was a beautiful spring day and we loved seeing their happy faces as they visited with their friends and ate their yummy sack lunches! @ogdensd

Our 6th grade “drive thru” graduation was so much fun! We loved celebrating our 6th graders and sharing their accomplishments! These Odyssey Explorers are simply amazing, and we can’t wait to see what they do in the future! Way to go, Class of 2027! 👨‍🎓 @ogdensd #ichooseogden

Thank you to our amazing friends from the Orion Junior High National Honor Society for this generous donation of books. They held a book drive and donated over 1,300 books to our Odyssey students! We are so appreciative! 📚

Our 6th graders got to participate in another super fun STEM activity! They created tissue paper hot air balloons and had a competition to see how high they could fly... using a popcorn popper to inflate them! Way to go, Odyssey scientists! 💭

We held an attendance challenge for the first three weeks of May. Students tracked their own attendance, and those students who had 95% attendance or better got to participate in our reward today. Thanks for being here, Explorers! We love seeing your faces each day! @ogdensd

Today we held our last PBIS reward activity for the year, and we love these smiling faces! These awesome Explorers all earned a special green respect ticket for being Self Aware and Determined. They got to do an obstacle course and eat ice cream outside in the sunshine! @ogdensd

Our Odyssey 6th graders had a great time with their Food Truck Challenge! Each group had to build a miniature food truck and create a menu and a slogan for their business. Thanks to our 6th grade teachers for providing these engaging project-based learning opportunities! @ogdensd

Mr. Wilkinson, our awesome former principal, came to visit all of our 5th grade classes... and he brought his beehive! He taught our students all about beekeeping and the importance of bees to our environment. Thanks for sharing your knowledge, Mr. Wilkinson! 🐝

Thanks to these amazing volunteers from @WadmanCorp for coming to Bridging the Gap at Odyssey today! We also had a film crew here today because Odyssey Elementary will be featured in a promotional video for @CCSUT. We are excited to see our students shine! @ogdensd @unitedwaynu

Our 5th grade students had the best time hiking the Rainbow/Birdsong Trail today! They learned all about erosion and weathering during science earlier in the year, so this was a great way to see that knowledge in the real world!

Congratulations to our Odyssey Elementary super spellers! These students are the top three spellers in 4th, 5th, and 6th grade! They did an amazing job and we are so proud of them! @ogdensd
