The WAVE Social Media Map was one of the most interesting parts of this class so far. My thought of how America uses social media was a lot different than what I thought. #comodu

After viewing the WAVE map I was surprised to see where the United States of America stood compared to other countries. Were you guys surprised to see where America was at? And do you think it matches up with how you use social media? #comodu

The final group I would suggest following is TechSoup. This is a technology group that helps your everyday person better utilize twitter and adapt to its changes as well as tips for Nonprofit Organizations which is a really good cause and great discussion for our class. #comodu

Another great person to follow is Marques Brownlee. He is a very well known technology reviewer and is popular on Youtube as well. He helps give a lot of information towards new advancements in technology. #comodu

Next, I would suggest following Reshma Saujani. She is the founder of GirlsWhoCode which teaches coding skills to women. She is helping give girls a better rep in the technology world and offers a lot of discussion for this class. #comodu

The next group I would suggest following is Clear Businesss Group. They help people better utilize twitter in order to benefit their business and marketing. Twitter is different from Facebook so they offer a lot of good tips. #comodu

The first person, or group of people I would suggest following would be Biz Stone and Noah Glass. The reason being is that they are two of the founders of twitter. #comodu

After doing Activity 5, it is crazy to see how many social media websites have been tried and failed, especially from big companies like apple and google. It seems like a lot of them are just downgrades from Facebook and tweaked for a specific purpose. #comodu

Recently I have been seeing a lot of surveys on Youtube videos and have wondered why other social media websites don't do the same. It benefits both the companies involved in the survey and the social media websites. Thoughts? #comodu

After watching "The Social Network" and reading "The Circle", what do you think it takes for a form of Social Media to become successful? It seems like there are so many forms of Social Media, however there are thousands that did not succeed. #comodu

How many social media accounts do you guys participate in? For me it is about 4 but I mainly use snapchat and instagram. Twitter and Facebook is more for this class. What about you guys? #comodu

Have any of you had any other classes besides COMM395 in which they had to use social media to discuss with the class? I had one class like this in high school but it wasn't nearly as involved in social media as this one. I feel like nowadays it is a more common thing. #commodu

Not sure if you guys have checked out the Netflix documentary "Fyre Festival", but I would highly recommend. This highlights one way that social media can take a situation and really blow it up. It also shows the dangers of becoming viral. #comodu #comm395 https://t.co/HzO7QpfIlu
