@hvngnzls @GraveyardHate I think its a stretch to say someone instilled those beliefs because of their high school mascot. But I also think that list is an excellent place to start because it interacts with those actually affected (illness) rather than speculate about sentiments of an image (symptom)

@GraveyardHate @hvngnzls well put. I think ultimately its about understanding why they are upset. Is there misinformation, fallacies in logic, or ongoing transgressions. These motivations trancend situations like these, but movements like this seem to address a symptom rather than the actual illness
