“bacon” seasoning sauce for tofu or tempeh: toasted sesame oil, maple syrup, soy sauce, a drop of liquid smoke and two twists of black pepper.

put the sauce in a small bowl and mix. then spoon over tofu/tempeh as it’s frying.
