Socialist congressional candidate Darializa Avila Chevalier says it "doesn't even matter" that the illegal migrant shot by ICE in the Bronx has a violent criminal record.

According to the Post, she also accused the NYPD of villainizing him.

DHS says Oscar Belgal is a suspected TRINITARIOS gang member who allegedly rammed two ICE vehicles.

A candidate for CONGRESS just told New Yorkers that a criminal record doesn't matter.

🚨 This guy walked into a Cabot, Arkansas farmstand yesterday and helped himself to an armful of fresh baked goods… without paying a single dollar.

Root & Rise is a small, family-run honor-system farmstand owned by Amber and Brett. They bake slow-rise sourdough loaves, brownies, pies, cinnamon rolls, bagels, and other from-scratch treats. Yesterday this man loaded up and walked off with a huge armful of their work.

Honor system does not mean free. When someone does this, it doesn’t just hit Amber and Brett—it hits the whole family’s hard work, the early mornings, the effort, the ingredients, and the trust that lets small farmstands like this even exist.
